The driver seemed to have not been familiar with driving to Gatwick from South London as well. The driver was nice and the car was clean, however for a pre-booked service I would have expected: - Driver to contact me/call me if they were outside earlier - For taxicode to told me the driver and car had changed from what they confirmed. - Driver familiar with driving from London to Gatwick as a nice to have. The driving was fine, but it was obvious they’re not use to the route (from someone who has driven or been driven from that route many times)"
