"The only problem with this booking was that the company only informed the driver that a 6 seater vehicle was required and refrained from informing him that we also had 6 hand lugguages. This led for only 2 hand lugguages to fit into the booth of the car whilst the rest we had to hold them ourselves during the entire journey. We understood that the driver was not to blame as he was not informed about our lugguages, but rather the company should take the blame and properly inform the drivers so as to incur complications. "
