"Really quite a disappointing experience, booked taxi day before for £57 and received an email the next day that it has been cancelled without any reason as to why. I ring the company up and ask why and was told there arent any cars available. I ask the person on the phone are there any taxis available around the time I requested and all of sudden there is the same taxi available at the same time I originally requested it for. The only difference is that it is over £30 more expensive.
£88 for a taxi before midnight is exploitation and clearly wanted to charge more than your site originally quoted. Not only that but the driver turned up 30 mins early, wasn’t helpful and refused at first to change the first dropoff destination, I asked him to swap the destination to somewhere closer and he kept saying no. Only till we told him how much we’re paying and still not getting a good service he agreed."
