"Our driver was fabulous, even waiting a few minutes for one of our party who was running late. He was very courteous and we would book him again.
However, I will never use this service again. My stress levels have never been so high! After submitting my booking I waited and waited for a driver to be assigned. I tried to call, no answer. I called the initial taxi company and they said that they had already had several complaints. My stress levels rose even higher. I finally received confirmation on the day of travel. However, our driver said he knew two days before.
Why would you treat your customers like this? "
