"I had overestimated the time needed to get through customs and immigrations and called to see if I could be picked up earlier - that wasn't possible, but the driver was keeping in touch and arrived exactly at the original pick up time. I was told it would be inside the terminal, but instead was instructed to find the spot in the parking lot. The driver was friendly and helpful."
