"The driver received instructions to go to Heathrow Terminal 3, whereas I had booked Terminal 2. He coped with this very well and came round to Terminal 2 and picked us up, but something had clearly gone wrong with the administration. This could have caused more problems had the terminals been busier. I thought the driver performed very well. On checking with his office he found that the problem did originate there: he had been told Terminal 3 and had followed his instructions fully, and the office acknowledged that they had made a mistake."
