"The driver was on time, a good laugh and overall we had a really good experience with him. However, I spoke with a member of your staff on the phone the day before the journey who was unhelpful and extremely patronising. He asked why I had booked an 12 seater for 8 people plus bags, so I explained that I had done this to ensure that we had enough space for suitcases. He then challenged why I had done this several times, despite the fact that I had explained that I hadn't realised there was a safety procedure in place which presented placing bags on seats (it wasn't mentioned anywhere on your website, and I had previously travelled with companies who had done this). The way he spoke to me was extremely rude, and I don't feel that he would have behaved this way if I was not a young woman. I am a paying customer regardless, and there's no need to speak to anyone in this manner. After what felt like a telling off from a school teacher, I eventually had to ask what he would propose I do to amend the booking for a larger taxi, at which point I was told I would need to pay a higher price. This wasn't a problem, and was sorted out with the driver on the day. However, once we were all in the vehicle, the driver did put bags on seats - exactly what I'd been told you weren't able to do! Overall, this whole problem could have been solved in polite manner rather than the rude way in which it was handled, which will put me off booking with you again."

"On the way to Legoland from our hotel the driver was very professional. But on the way back from Legoland to hotel the driver waited us at Legoland hotel instead LEGOland park exit we couldn’t find the drive finally after communication he knew he was at wrong place. After he dropped off way pass the hotel in the alley which I told him where is hotel at he demand $20 waiting fee which he was parked at wrong place I refused to pay him. After I came back to hotel this driver constantly calling my cell phone rudely talk over the phone argue with me for $20. I called office talked to the officer about the situation. Driver was very unprofessionally calling customer cell phone constantly harass the customer.i found out by talking to the drive in the morning this company is small company after they got job from internet they will distribute their job to different company so the morning. Pick me up is from Windsor taxi company which I recommend by booked another trip to airport next day, I think the driver picked us up on the way back feom LEGOland to hotel was this company driver. Not recommended. "
