"The trip was really good. Driver was very helpful. However, the day before the trip, I got a phone call from the company asking if I could change the pickup time to 15 or 20 minutes earlier. I agreed to the 15 minute change. The driver mentioned the change thinking I had made the request. WRONG. It was his company. Totally unnecessary. That call cost me an additional $10 charge on my phone bill for global service."
